I am honored to serve as the Principal of Paradise High School. As I enter my 22nd year in education and 5th year in administration, I have a strong passion for student success, servant leadership, and building strong relationships with students, staff, and families. Prior to administration, I spent 19 years coaching, experiences that continue to shape my leadership philosophy today.
My husband, Michael “Coach Barnes,” and I are entering our third year in Paradise and have quickly fallen in love with the school, community, administration, students, and staff. Together, we are raising three children: Jayci, a senior at Paradise High School; Hartley, a sophomore at Paradise High School; and Maysen, who will be in 6th grade this year.
Outside of school, I enjoy working out, spending time with my family, attending my children's activities, and taking advantage of any opportunity to be outdoors.
I feel incredibly blessed to call Paradise home and am grateful for the opportunity to raise my family in such a faith-filled community. I am committed to continuing the tradition of excellence at Paradise High School while ensuring that every student is known, valued, and challenged to reach their full potential.
